Return Policy

At KL C&E, we strive to provide clear policies for our customers. Please read the following before making your purchase:

1. Inspection at Pickup

   • Customers are required to inspect all products during self-collection to ensure the items meet their expectations.
   • Once the items are collected and leave our premises, they are considered final sales.

2. Self-collection is No Returns or Refunds

   • Due to the nature of our business and self-collection arrangement, all goods are sold as-is and are non-refundable after collection. 

3. Payment Policy

   • All payments must be made in full before collection.
   • We accept bank transfer, PayNow, and cash.
